Building Secure Attachment in Your Relationships

Attachment theory is one way to describe how we respond when we are activated in our relationships. Attachment styles are not fixed, absolute or an end all be all. Many people feel like they identify with anxious, avoidant, secure, and fearful-avoidant attachment styles at different points or areas in their lives. However, some feel challenged by one in particular.

Discover the key signs and symptoms of insecure attachment styles, gain a deeper understanding of their origins, and learn effective techniques to overcome their challenges. This event promises to be an enlightening experience, offering valuable insights and empowering attendees in building secure attachments.

In this workshop, we will cover:

  • Defining Attachment Theory
  • Defining each attachment style & what they are rooted in
  • The Do's & Don't's of navigating Insecure Attachment Styles
  • How to build a Secure Attachment

🎥This workshop will be recorded and available for replay for 1 week after. Only ticket holders who purchased tickets prior to the end of the workshop will receive the recording. The recording cannot be purchased after the completion of the workshop.
