Virtual Orientation! presented by Sex Positive World

Get oriented more with Sex Positive World in a laid-back, fun environment in your leather, latex, or onesies! 

Connect with old friends in other chapters or new friends in your local chapter! If there isn't a chapter near you (yet), no worries! Our World chapter is here to serve you! Learn more about the history of the sex-positive movement, find out more about the many Sex Positive World chapters in North America, South America, and Europe, and learn about the events and education they offer! 

Sex Positive World is a global sex-positive, intersectional organization that encourages and supports worldwide sex-positive communities! Our umbrella approach covers all aspects of human sexuality from ethical non-monogamy to BDSM, to Tantra to heck, you name it! We promote creating a more sex-positive intersectional framework through our education & events. Come get oriented to a more Sex-Positive World in a fun, safe, and welcoming environment! At the beginning of this meetup, the leadership of Sex Positive World will greet you. You will also spend time with leadership supporting events in your own area of the world. 

Attending an orientation is a requirement before you can attend other higher-level Sex Positive World events and for many of our local communities, too. It's also a great way to learn more about building a sex-positive community around you, make connections and friends, and (bonus!) have a really great time.  Existing members who want to meet people from all over the world and meet the new members of your own chapter of Sex Positive World are welcome and encouraged to attend.  

What to expect: Sit back and relax as you learn a very brief history of the sex-positive movement and how Sex Positive World got started. Find out more about the many Sex Positive World communities and events and more about what we all have in common while you add your voice to a mosaic we build together about what sex positivity means to each of us.  

Once we’ve all met together for the first hour and had a sexy stretch break, the second part of this orientation will be in a breakout room with people living nearest to you to learn more about how to be a great sex-positive community member and make the most of everything being in a sex-positive community has to offer. We’ll come back together at the end to share and care about each other even more before this virtual ride comes to an end.  No mandatory fun! Participation in any and all activities is at the discretion of each participant. No one will be expected to do anything they are not comfortable with—as a matter of fact, it is a "hell yes" or not at all.  If you invite a guest who is interested in getting involved in a different part of the world, make sure they are on their own device so they can go into a different breakout session.
