9 Years of Vox: A Glorified Rope Jam & Celebration

VoxBody is NINE YEARS OLD; Let's celebrate together! Join us August 22, 2-6pm for an extended / glorified rope jam celebration.

* Tying floor will be open for the duration of the event for all attendees to tie. Come participate in the celebration; this is all about the WE!

* Ambient acts every hour on the hour in the lounge area:

2pm. Kai , Yuki & MariFuego present Our Lady of Sorrows: Profaning the Sacred as a Healing Ritual

3pm. Lief & Icky resident educators at VoxBody will pour their seven years of love & experience into the demo to help celebrate how much Vox means to them!

4pm. Blue, Ivy and Moxie, our Core Curriculum instructor trio present BAMBOONANZA: a sizzling threeway switchy tie exploring body bamboo as the through line

5pm. Emily & Alicia T-Corn: A celebration of larger bodies, challenging assumptions, and highlighting strength, beauty, and trust that EVERY BODY CAN FLY.

But wait there's more!

* 2pm: Grey will be offering Poetry-on-the-Spot: Have a seat & a quick chat, walk away with a bespoke poem composed in the moment and just for you!

* 3:30pm: Greeting Rope demo with ataraxy_bound & ephemory_.

* Vox love letters station for the duration of the event.

* BadGirlHaven will be our in-house photographer, capturing the ambient acts as well as participants' ties. Please note: attending means you are okay with being in photos. Masks available at check-in if needed. Photo set will be shared with all attendees.

* Baked goods from ataraxy_bound and kinbaku_kitten.

We expect the studio to be beautifully, intentionally, chaotically full of activity. Come tie, watch the ambient acts up close and personal in the lounge, enjoy our ever-loving snack spread and yummy baked goods and socialize with other incredible humans that make VoxBody the sweet spot it is.

Doors will be open 2-4pm. Please plan to arrive before 4, and leave when you are good and ready!
