90 Minutes to Better ADHD Living

Tackle some of the most common ADHD challenges with a choice of effective techniques from a neurodiversity coach in a virtual workshop

You’ve audibly groaned at every “ADHD struggles” meme that seemed like it called you out specifically…but maybe they also made your whole life make sense. Knowing might be half the battle, but what about the other half– how to manage those struggles to get through the day?

Join us for a lively and sweeping look at all the ADHD experiences we can possibly fit into 90 minutes (and enough resources to keep you learning and exploring long afterward). When we understand the major components of ADHD, it becomes possible to tackle them head on. Every tool, tip, and trick you’ll learn here was chosen to give you as broad a range of options as possible to successfully manage your life.

In this virtual workshop with ADHD coach for neurodiversity Brianna Deale, you’ll blaze through common ADHD experiences and discover the tools and tips that let you take charge of them. We will explore the coincidence of ADHD with autism, and learn to make and use Dopamine Menus. You’ll learn:

  • What are ADHD-style motivation, hyperfocus, time blindness, the ADHD Tax, RSD & RRE, and executive dysfunction?
  • How to work through spiraling
  • Why bullet journaling is magic
  • Why habits don’t work but routines do
  • How to deal with forgetting things
  • How to embrace your interests and passions as a path to success

This workshop is open to anyone who experiences symptoms of ADHD whether or not you’ve ever been screened for it; anyone who has a loved one with signs of ADHD and wants to understand them better; and professionals who want to better serve their ADHD clients.

By the end of this workshop you’ll have opened so many new tabs, you might as well start a new browser window!
