Altered & Aroused: Love in Adulthood Monthly [free]

Have you explored plant medicines for better sex? 🌿

Are you curious about how herbs, plants, and fungi can help us explore our pleasure? šŸ„

Do you want to feel more of your breath, body, and arousal or change up your sexual routines? ā¤ļøā€šŸ”„

No matter where you are on your plant medicine journeys (or have never explored at all), this workshop is for you, curious one! In this playful and engaging workshop, a Sex Coach + Sex Therapist (with some special guests) will explore the magic of plant medicines for your mind, body, spirit, and sex.

We're not here to encourage anything, but we will share our honest experiences with plant medicines of all sorts. We'll also share current research, anecdotal evidence, and resources for consideration for your own experiences.

Here's more about what we'll explore together:

  • How cannabis interacts with the nervous system and why that matters for arousal, presence, and pleasure (especially for women and those with estrogen-dominant bodies).
  • How psychedelics can create a 'shared reality' for couples that can be healing and playful.
  • Other very legal plant medicine allies that help us in our body + bedroom: cacao (chocolate), damiana, kanna, kava, maca and more.
  • Why we've ditched alcohol for other medicines in our daily lives.
  • The power of altered states: accessing deeper emotional intimacy with a partner (or ourselves), feeling into more sensation, lowered inhibitions/anxiety, healing the love/lust split, reduce performance anxiety and more.
  • Creating felt-sense 'reference points' for deeper, more connected, powerful, Tantric experiences
  • Other ways to play with altered states + open the portal to the unconscious mind: breathwork, arousal, meditation

A note, friends: This workshop is educational, not prescriptive. This is a judgment-free, curiosity-first conversation led by two trauma-informed sexperts. We're not encouraging illegal activity or telling you what to put in your body. Psilocybin remains illegal in California (with some cities deprioritizing enforcement), and cannabis laws vary by location, too. This will be an honest conversation about what many people are already exploring, so you can make informed choices for yourself.
