An Empowered Conversation to Prepare for Sexual Health Awareness Month

Why this was created

Most adults head into Sexual Health Awareness Month with more questions than answers and not many places to ask them without judgment. This event exists to close that gap. It's a space where curiosity is welcome, where "I don't know" is a fine place to start, and where real conversation replaces the awkward silence that usually surrounds sexual health.

What to expect

Three hours, three educators, one goal: leaving with more clarity than you came with.

The session opens with a welcome, moves through three focused conversations covering emotional intimacy, identity and pleasure, and reflection and integration then includes a live Q&A where you can finally ask what you've always wondered. It closes with space to take it all with you.

By the end, expect to walk away informed, curious, more self-aware, and ready to explore, with a few new questions to bring to your care team. (A little sexcitement is also likely.)

Who this is for

This event is for any adult who wants to feel more informed, confident, and at ease talking about sexual health with a partner, with a care provider, or just with themselves. No prior experience or expertise needed. Come as you are, and bring whatever you've been curious about.
