EVENT DETAILS:

Release angry tension and reclaim your power at this transformative workshop, where we'll explore healthy and empowering ways to release anger. Through breath work, sharing, journaling, movement, and vocal release, you'll learn how to tap into your inner strength and release long-held emotions in a supportive, judgment-free environment. Connect with your authentic self, connect with your community, express your anger in healthy ways, and leave feeling rejuvenated empowered, and seen. Join us for an evening of deep healing and powerful transformation. This space is predominantly tailored for women, BIPOC, and LGBTQIA+ folks, but all are welcome to come learn and listen.
