A Low-Key, Introvert-Friendly ENM Social

First time at a meetup, munch, or social? Feeling a little intimidated by larger gatherings? Or maybe weekday evenings just don’t work for you?

I get it! I was in the same boat, which is why I started this event. My goal is to keep things low-key, welcoming, and introvert-friendly.

This gathering is less about dating or hookups and more about building community. It’s a chance to meet people who understand ethical non-monogamy, make friends, share experiences, and enjoy some good company without judgment or expectations. Whether you’re new to ENM or have been part of the community for years, you’re welcome here!

I’ll bring coloring books, mini puzzles, and card games because sometimes keeping your hands busy makes conversation a little easier. Feel free to bring your own creative project, too (bonus points for anything glittery or quirky!). Crochet, embroidery, knitting, or whatever you’re working on. I’d love to see it! I occasionally bring my own embroidery projects.

And if crafts aren’t your thing? That’s perfectly fine! You’re equally welcome to just grab some food, chat, and hang out.

Location: UCrave – San Fernando

UCrave is a great little spot with a surprisingly huge menu. They have all kinds of food, coffee, desserts, alcoholic beverages, and plenty of other options. Whether you’re coming for lunch, a snack, or just something to sip while socializing, there’s something for just about everyone.

Introvert-Friendly Note

We usually push a few tables together to create one big gathering space where people can mingle, move around, and join different conversations.

But you don’t have to stay at the big table! There are other seating options if you’d prefer a quieter conversation with just one or two people or need a little break from the group.

There’s no pressure to be outgoing, participate in every conversation, or stay the entire time. Come as you are and socialize at your own pace.

Parking

San Fernando has plenty of parking, but it also has plenty of parking signs! Be sure to read them carefully.

I usually park in the lot behind the restaurant and haven’t gotten a ticket yet (fingers crossed!), but please use your own judgment and follow posted parking restrictions.

Community & Inclusivity

This is a kink-friendly, LGBTQIA+ friendly, and BIPOC-friendly gathering. We welcome people of all identities, backgrounds, experience levels, and relationship styles.

You don’t need to be partnered, actively dating, or even have everything figured out. Whether you’re polyamorous, open, exploring ENM, or simply looking to connect with like-minded people, you’re welcome.

Our goal is to build a supportive, judgment-free community where people can be themselves. Kindness, respect, and inclusivity are expected. Discrimination, harassment, and bigotry are not welcome.

Consent Reminder

Respect and comfort come first here. Please don’t touch anyone: hugs, handshakes, shoulder taps, etc. without asking and receiving a clear “yes.”

Remember that everyone has different comfort levels and boundaries, and that’s perfectly okay!
