Inside this course, I blend breathwork, massage techniques, anatomy education and feminine embodiment practices that help you expand pleasure in your G-spot.
You won’t just learn about your G-spot, you’ll experience it through your own touch and guided practices that teach you how to slow down, stay present and build sensation safely and powerfully.
There’s something deeply healing about exploring this work in a supportive community of women. You realize you’re not alone in your desires, your numbness, your curiosity or your longing for more. Being witnessed in a safe space can help soften shame, deepen confidence and open the door to more freedom and pleasure in your body.
Although these are facilitated, live calls, all participants are off camera and always taking it at their own pace.
We explore:
✨ Specific massage techniques to awaken sensitivity and pleasure
✨ Breathwork and sound to move energy, expand arousal and release tension
✨ Feminine embodiment practices to awaken your shakti energy and feel confident in your body
✨ G-spot anatomy
✨ Orgasms with penetration
✨ Practices to release trauma and shame around sexuality and expression
You’ll leave this course with practical tools, embodied experience and more pleasure, confidence and connection to your body.

“I loved Dr Jessi’s Awaken class. The short educational segments were perfect for context on anatomy, technique, and the biology of sensation. Then the practices felt so gently guided and grounded… which really helped me slow down and feel more pleasure in a less rushed way. It all felt so safe and easeful.”
