Bimbo (Himbos, Thembos, et al) Slumber Party

This event is primarily for people who partake in Bimbo (Himbos, Thembos, et al) activities, the feminine arts, and related kinks. Femme tops welcome. (Limited space ~15 guests, RSVP list does not reflect capacity, presently)

IF there is enough room bimbo admirers on their best behavior may come. Bigotry of any kind is unwelcome.

Event is mainly a hangout/party but consenting adults of course may play. Plenty of safe sex protective products and cleaning supplies.

Fruitvale Bart: 30 minute walk/11 minute bike ride.

AC Transit: 20, 21, 19,

Ferry: The ferry is lovely if you happen to be coming from SF. You'll have to get a lyft/uber from there.

Parking. Street parking is available, but might have to walk a block. Please be mindful that driveways are small in this neighborhood. Please try to not block any. If you need to park close, please contact me ahead of time, and I'll try my very best to make that happen.

Front Steps Entrance: 4 Cement Steps. No Railings.

Back Steps to the Back Garden: 4 Steps Wood with treading and a Railing,

1 Bathroom

Decriminalized Substances Only. please consume within moderation (do your intoxicants good and within your limits) Smoking corner will depend on weather, either in the green house w green house screen door open or driveway/side yard.

Pets: Dog and the kitties, will be in a cuddle puddle away from rooms we'll be in. The home will be cleaned the day of the event. Hepa filters will be running and windows will be open. The kitties are free range, might come in and out. Dog will have to come in and out on leash to go to the bathroom outside.

Scent sensitivity: We'll be playing with items that have scent, such as, hairspray, nail polish, etc. Soaps in the home have scent, home is not scent free.

Personal overnight items, pillows, blanket or sleeping bag, sleeping mat or air mattress, towel.

Available for sleeping: 1 couch, 1 loveseat, 1 air mattress, 2 foam beds, & 1 dog bed.
