A rope bondage party for queer men who want more than a practice space.

BOUND NYC is a rope & bondage party for gay men who want more than practice space. This is a room where bondage e is at the center, full scenes are encouraged, and play can extend into impact, sensation, bondage, energy exchange, power exchange, and other forms of consensual exploration. Leather, metal, and other forms of bondage gear are also welcome at this party.

Whether you come with a partner or attend solo, BOUND offers a warm, social, sex-positive, and play-minded environment for men who want to tie, connect, negotiate, and engage.

This is not your typical rope share. While rope is the center of the room. Light peer guidance and basic instruction may happen naturally in the space, including rope for connection, rope basics, energy exchange, and simple ties that can make play feel more creative and connected.

The focus is still self-led play and scenes. Attendees are responsible for their own choices, negotiations, boundaries, scenes, and aftercare.

Pickup play is welcome, with attendees expected to negotiate clearly for themselves before anything begins.

The Kink Collective’s MITPISA negotiation forms will be available to support clearer pre-scene conversations, especially for people meeting or negotiating play in the room.

7 PM | Doors Open

• Arrive, settle in, connect, warm-up...
• Tie casually, if you'd like.

8 PM | Rules & Room Agreements

• We gather briefly to review the rules, agreements and flow of the night.
• If you arrive after this welcome, you are still welcome. A facilitator will give you essential room agreements at check-in before you enter the play space

8:15 PM | Rope and Scenes Open

• Once the room opens, attendees are free to tie, negotiate, play, and explore at their own pace.

12 AM | Party Ends

The Vibe

• A warm, social, rope-forward atmosphere

• Energetic beats and lighting set to support the room

• Space for floor rope, with mats available

• 2-3 hard points for suspension

• Furnished with a St. Andrew’s Cross, spanking benches, tieable benches, and floor beds

• Space for rope, impact, sensation, bondage, energy exchange, and negotiated scenes

What to Bring

• Rope & Safety shears, bondage gear, implements, toys, gear, or comfort items you plan to use.
• A shareable snack or drink is always welcome at the communal snack table
• Alcohol is welcome in moderation only. No illegal drugs.

Meet Your Faciliatators

BOUND is held by Dan, a seasoned member of The Kink Collective.

We are grounded in our philosophy of People Before Kink — creating a space where consent, clarity, and care come first, and where exploration is supported rather than pushed.

This is a self-led rope play party. The Kink Collective team holds the space, reviews expectations, supports the room, and helps maintain the container, but we do not manage individual scenes. Everyone attending is responsible for their own negotiations, boundaries, choices, consent, and aftercare.
