What happens when we make space to be a little more fully ourselves, and meet each other with curiosity and presence?

Come spend an evening with other women connecting, laughing, sharing, moving, and being a little vulnerable together.

Through playful, experiential practices inspired by Authentic Relating, Nonviolent Communication, embodiment, mindfulness, movement, and improv, we’ll explore connection with ourselves and one another.

We might get silly. We might go deep. Come exactly as you are. 💗

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR

Mia Blaisdel is the founder of Connected Heart Events and has spent nearly a decade creating experiences centered around play, movement, communication, and community.

She holds a BA in Theatre and has a lifelong background in performance and improvisation. Her facilitation draws from Authentic Relating, Nonviolent Communication, mindfulness, embodiment, and consent practices, woven together with her love of movement, play, and human connection.
