Too busy to meditate? Maybe you have a hard time keeping your mind quiet amongst all the noise. What if I told you - even with the challenges - you're doing nothing wrong? Acknowledging the distractions is part of the practice.

Join us in person at Rupert Park for a laid-back session all about mindfulness and meditation. Whether you’re a total newbie, well within your practice, or just curious, we’ll guide you through simple techniques to help clear your mind and find your calm. Come decompress with community, soak up some fresh air, and discover how easy it is to demystify mindfulness in a friendly, welcoming space.

The Details:

  • When: Saturday, May 30th
  • Time: 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
  • Where: Rupert Park (Meeting by the lower level tennis courts)
  • Cost: $10

What to expect:

No experience is needed. We’ll go through a few guided breathing exercises and grounding techniques that you can actually use in your daily life—whether you're stuck in traffic on 1st Ave, at the gym, or just trying to get through a long workday.

What to bring:

Just yourself and something comfortable to sit on (a yoga mat, a thick towel, or a folding chair).
