Midori is delighted to be presenting this 2-day deep dive into designing your D/s Relationships.
This class takes place over two consecutive Saturdays. Registration includes both days. You must attend both days, as the material builds on itself.

Curious about dominance and submission, but not sure where you fit? Already in a D/s dynamic and want to understand it better? Somewhere in between, drawn to the idea but still working out what it means for you? This workshop is built for all of it.
Before protocols, contracts, and collars, there's foundational work worth doing. Day 1 begins with an honest, discussion-based exploration of what D/s actually is — the different forms it takes, the nuances and distinctions between D/s scenes and D/s relationships, and how to develop the language to articulate what you seek and better understand what others are seeking.
From there, the work gets personal. Through guided exercises, you'll map your own values, desires, and parameters — building the Seeking/Value Statements and personalized D/s diagram that form the foundation for Day 2.
What to Bring: Note-taking materials and diagramming supplies.

You've mapped your archetype. You have more clarity about what you're seeking and why. Now you build it.
Day 2 moves from self-knowledge into architecture — taking the personalized diagram and Seeking/Value Statements from Day 1 and transforming them into a working D/s framework that fits your actual life, not someone else's template, fiction, or mythical ideals.
Building on the CHOIR framework (Consented Hierarchical Opted-In Relationships), we go deeper into designing D/s dynamics that reflect who you genuinely are and what you actually need.
From there, the work gets specific. Many people hold more than one D/s relationship simultaneously, each with its own dynamic, expectations, and needs. We'll address how to design distinct frameworks for each, without losing coherence or yourself in the process.
You'll develop your personal relational structure, define scopes of responsibility, and design protocols for both daily life and play scenes. Central to this is Midori's original Five Environments of Protocol — a framework built around the reality that life is not static. Protocols that only work on perfect days aren't protocols; they're fantasies. The Five Environments give you the tools to design D/s structures that are practical, functional, and sustainable across the full fluctuating conditions of real life.
We'll also work on building personal operating manuals — whether you're drawn to dominance or submission, a concrete living document that communicates who you are, what you need, and how your D/s functions. Whether you're seeking your first dynamic or refining one you're already in, this is the material that turns desire into something you can actually live.
You'll leave with clarity about what you want, confidence in the tools to build it, a framework that actually fits you, and the excitement of knowing you're ready to begin.
This is an interactive, discussion-centered workshop.
What to Bring: Your Day 1 materials and plenty of note-taking and diagramming supplies.
