About the Course Leader

Ash Ryzen Witham (they/she) is a trauma-informed Somatic Coach and Connection & Embodiment Facilitator devoted to creating inclusive spaces for personal and collective transformation—inviting people into deeper relationship with themselves, each other, and life itself.

Based in Los Angeles, Ash has taught across the U.S. and internationally for over six years. They are the founder of Soma & Soul, on the ART International teaching team, and extensively trained in somatics through the Strozzi Institute, with additional trainings in breath, movement, and therapeutic modalities.
