So much of shadow work begins in private reflection: noticing our patterns, naming our triggers, and becoming aware of the parts of ourselves we usually hide, judge, or protect.
But most of those patterns were formed in relationship… and they often soften, shift, or reveal themselves more fully in relationship, too.
In this circle, we’ll use guided partner and small-group exercises to explore how we show up with others in real time: where we open, where we armor, where we reach, where we retreat, and where the Shadow might peek out to protect us from perceived danger.
This is not a networking circle or a casual sharing group. It is a guided space for relational Shadow work: a place to meet the subtle material that lives between thought and feeling, Self and Other, projection and truth.
Some of the exercises are designed to help participants notice and share what’s happening in the present moment: what they feel, assume, sense, withhold, desire, protect, and project in connection with others. Through simple reflection prompts, gentle somatic attunement practices, and guided experientials, you’ll have the chance to notice what happens in your body when you are seen, heard, mirrored, misunderstood, appreciated, or invited to take up more space.
Together, we’ll practice using relationship as a mirror: not to analyze ourselves into perfection, but to become more awake to the hidden patterns shaping how we love, protect, perform, hide, and long to be met.
This is a playful, grounded space to explore connection and authentic expression: not by forcing vulnerability, but by building enough safety, slowness, and awareness to let yourself be seen a little more clearly.
You may leave with insight. You may leave with more questions. You may leave with a clearer sense of the parts of you that have been waiting to be witnessed.
