Emotional Co-Regulation: A Private Workshop at The Tantra Loft

Learn to calm your nervous system — and someone else's — through presence, touch, and connection. Guided. Safe. Real.

Why we're doing this

Most of us are running on empty.

Stressed. Overstimulated. Touched less than ever. And somehow expected to show up fully for the people we love.

Here's something most people don't know: your nervous system can't fully regulate itself alone. It needs another nervous system. That's not a self-help idea — it's biology. We're literally wired to co-regulate.

The problem is, most of us were never taught how. Not how to offer it. Not how to receive it.

That's what this workshop is for.

What happens at this event

This is not a lecture.

It's a guided, experiential workshop where you'll feel the difference between surface-level interaction and genuine nervous system connection — in real time.

Through a series of partner exercises, you'll learn to read what state someone's body is in, track when they begin to shift, and use your own presence, breath, and attuned touch to help them (and you) settle into real rest.

You'll practice things like breath matching, grounded holding, attuned listening, and how to offer support without trying to fix anyone.

Everything is guided step by step. No experience necessary. No awkwardness required.

What you'll get out of it

By the end of the evening, most people walk away feeling more grounded, more connected, and honestly a little surprised — because this stuff works fast.

You'll leave with:

A real understanding of why human connection regulates stress (not just a theory — a felt experience of it)

Practical skills you can use with partners, friends, family, and even strangers

More confidence being a calm, grounding presence for people you care about

A taste of what it feels like to receive support without someone trying to fix you

And maybe a deeper sense of just how touch-deprived most of us have been — and what's possible when that changes.
