**Jealousy: Taking It Apart**
Jealousy gets treated like a character flaw in non-monogamous spaces, as if doing ENM "right" means never feeling it. This month we're taking a more useful approach: looking at what jealousy is actually made of.
We'll dig into what's underneath the feeling, whether that's fear of being replaced, unmet needs, comparison, or something older than the current relationship. From there we'll talk about practical ways to sit with it without acting on it, and how to name it to a partner in a way that invites connection instead of defensiveness.
We'll also spend time on the other side of the equation: what to do when your partner brings their jealousy to you. How do you hold space without taking responsibility for a feeling that isn't yours, and without dismissing it either?
Come with questions, stories, or just your curiosity. All experience levels welcome, whether you're years into ENM or still figuring out if it's for you.
