Join Sexecutive Chefs Kyla & Marshall as they reveal their secret blend of 69 herbs and spices that never goes stale! Finger Food is an intimate three-course “fine dining” event where you can sample our most tempting recipes:

❖ First Course: LECTURE

Kyla & Marshall will introduce the stroking practices, including the underlying philosophy, essential manual and energetic techniques, and a few fun variations.

❖ Second Course: LIVE DEMO

Observe the practices in action as your instructors demonstrate the stroking techniques on yourselves/each other - LIVE!

❖ Third Course: LAB

In this optional practice session, you are invited to try out the techniques you’ve learned, ask questions, and receive 1:1 feedback. Two rounds of facilitated stroking will be held. Partnered stroking, self-stroking, meditation, and other forms of solo participation are all welcomed. Please ask if you are unsure/unclear!

🍴Your facilitators will introduce you to subtle energetics you can use in your own “spicy kitchen”, tantalizing techniques to try, and suggestions on how you can create new recipes with your partner(s) based upon which ingredients or flavors you each bring to the table!
