This year, Folsom Fever takes over two high end venues on the same block of 9th and Mission, Stopgap and Paradox. One ticket gets you access to both venues, all day and all night.
This is an 18+ event, not 21+. If you're too young for some other Folsom after parties; you are welcome here. No drugs or alcohol allowed on premises.
Doors open at 10AM, an hour before the Fair officially opens, just a couple of blocks down the street. Come early, drop your gear, change into whatever you're wearing to the Fair, and get ready for the day.
Unlimited entry and exit. Hit the Fair, come back for a break from the crowds and the heat, recharge, eat some snacks, use the clean bathrooms, cuddle & fuck, head back out. When the Fair winds down, come back and party!
Both venues have: coat and bag check available for purchase, social areas, cuddle spaces, sex spaces, snacks and cold drinks for purchase, air conditioning, and clean bathrooms.
Louder music, darker lights, and dance party vibes; including amazing DJs all night long. Plenty of room to play and fuck; cell phone use permitted and photos allowed with the express consent of everyone involved.
The wheelchair-accessible Main Floor is mainly a large, high energy dungeon with smaller and more intimate social areas: couches, good company, and an erotic art collection; some permanent, some for sale. The dungeon includes a stage for those who like to be the center of attention when they play. There is a queen-size loft bed rated to hold up to 2,000-pounds, so plenty of room for multi-person play, with another queen size bed underneath. There are also rope rigs, a BDSM coffin, spanking benches, sex slings, and more.
The Mezzanine overlooks the entire main dungeon, and features seating areas for voyeurs, the DJ, and even more play space.
The Loft features the glass-walled sex room: two king-size bondage beds with lots of restraint points, a queen platform bed, a twin bed, a padded cage perfect for cucks, and a human-sized dog bed in the corner for all the pups. It's glass-walled for a reason, with some space in the hallway for voyeurs.
Softer music; brighter lights, and a larger social area; plus more hardpoints for rope suspension; cell phones are not permitted and must be stored at all times.
Upstairs there is a wheelchair-accessible play area and ample room for socializing and snacks.
Downstairs, there is 3,100 square feet of basement dungeon: crosses, spanking benches, tables, bondage chairs, cages, and suspension points, much of it recovered from the old SF Citadel and back in service where it belongs.
There is also a single person shower downstairs if you need to freshen up between scenes, though it gets popular! Bring your own towel or grab a shower kit at the front desk.
The policy is different at each venue, because we know everyone has different needs and preferences!
STOPGAP — phones and cameras fully stored. No exceptions; violators of this policy will be asked to leave and no refunds will be given.
PARADOX — cell phone use is allowed as long as camera lenses are covered with provided tape. Photography is allowed with express consent of everyone in frame, limited to your own scene or a friend's scene you're present for. You may not photograph anything you're not part of or invited into, and you may not approach strangers or people mid-scene to ask for photos — that's not what this policy is for, and it will be treated as a consent violation. No exceptions; violators of this policy will be asked to leave and no refunds will be given.
One ticket gets you unlimited in and out privileges to both venues.
Prices go up as we get closer to the day of the event, so buy early for the lowest prices.
All sales are final: no refunds, no transfers. Venue addresses are emailed to ticket holders.
In order to provide the smoothest experience and the shortest lines, coat and bag check will only be available for purchase at each venue on the day of the event, while space lasts.
Both venues are located on the same block.
Stopgap — The entrance to the space is on the ground floor and is wheelchair-accessible, including social areas, play areas, and two accessible bathrooms. The basement of the venue can only be reached via stairs. There will be music playing throughout the night, and ear plugs are available for free at the front desk. There are colored lights in use throughout the venue. Cell phones are prohibited from being used in the venue and must be stored; however, you may speak to a host about reasonable accommodations if needed for things such as continuous glucose monitoring.
Paradox — The entrance to the space is on the ground floor and is wheelchair-accessible, including a social area, large play area, and two accessible all-gender bathrooms. The mezzanine level above the bathrooms and upstairs play areas can only be reached via stairs, with railings on both sides. There will be loud music playing throughout the night, and ear plugs are available for free at the front desk. There are colored lights in use throughout the venue, including moving “party lights,” and some guests might find the lighting at Paradox to be darker than their personal preferences.
