This is a trauma-informed, survivor-centered space focused on nervous system regulation, connection, resilience, and healing.
Many men carry stories they have never spoken out loud.
Experiences of sexual abuse, physical abuse, violence, neglect, bullying, coercion, humiliation, or trauma often remain hidden beneath years of responsibility, achievement, silence, and survival.
You are not alone.
This gathering was created for men who are ready to connect with other men who understand what it means to carry difficult experiences while continuing to move through life.
This is not group therapy.
This is not a place where you will be pressured to share your story.
This is a trauma-informed, survivor-centered space focused on nervous system regulation, connection, resilience, and healing.
Together we will:
Whether your experiences happened recently or decades ago, you are welcome here.
You do not need to have the right words.
You do not need to be "healed."
You do not need to carry it alone.
Come exactly as you are.
No one will be asked to share details of their trauma.
Participation is always by choice.
