A trauma‑aware, in‑person ceremony that blends Reiki, Alchemy Crystal bowls, guided breath work, somatic practice, and ritual to clear blocks, open the heart, and anchor abundance. Expect a short teaching, deep sound immersion, and practical takeaways to support integration.

Logistics

When: Sunday, September 13th @ 5:30 PM — 90 minutes Capacity: Small, intimate group (max 15)

Location: Calm candlelit studio with mats and cushions

Bring:Your own mat, Blanket, pillow, water, journal + pen

Fee: $35 (includes herbal tea & fruit, cleansing with sage and polo Santos, Essential Oils from do-TERRA)

Ceremony Flow (90 min)

0–10 min: Arrival, grounding, intention check‑in

10–20 min: Brief teaching + theme

20–35 min: Somatic warm‑up & breathwork

35–80 min: Main ceremony — Reiki + deep sound bath

80–90 min: Gentle return, closing blessing, tea, and fresh fruits.

Safety & Support Trauma‑aware facilitation; optional sharing
