How To Kinkster 101 Series: Fetish, Kink, and BDSM - What Does It All Mean?

Welcome to the "How To Kinkster" series. Through both classes and discussion groups, we will focus on an aspect of the kink/BDSM world and how to navigate it in baby steps for the newer kinkster. Every other Tuesday evening via zoom we will delve into certain topics a bit more deeply than can be done in a single class on the entirety of how the world works.

While the series is designed for one topic to lead to another, it's not necessary to have started from the beginning to join in. Starting at all and educating yourself is a HUGE step to being a better, safer, and happier community member!

Fetish, Kink, and BDSM: What does it all mean?

In this, the first class in the series, we will discuss the absolute ground level facts, which is who we are, what we do, and why. We will answer the questions about what is expected from someone who identifies on a certain part of the BDSM spectrum, or whether you even have to identify with that spectrum at all! This groundwork can help you navigate the rest of your experiences more easily and be more informed about expectations and etiquette.
