IncognitoSD presents Focus Fridays: Fire Bubbles

Come join us for part 4 of our Focus Friday class series with host and co-owner, Mr. McCoy (IG @FlogFather_Fet). The topic of this class will be an intro to fire play with bubbles but all skill levels are welcome to attend.

This is a focused class, open to Incognito SD members & non-members. There will be a brief review from the prior fire play class so if you did not attend that one, you won’t be behind.

• Doors close at 7:15 for orientation before the class begins
• Mr. McCoy will instruct us in various elements of impact with technical demonstrations.
• Light snacks and drinks provided.
• Implements will be lent out during practice, but feel free to bring your own!

Materials: Participants are encouraged to bring drinks, snacks, personal fire equipment, a blanket, and any aftercare items they might need. We recommend comfortable, cotton and non-flammable clothing (avoid synthetic materials).

Partners are not required.

CLASS SYLLABUS

Overview: This session explores the exciting and safe use of fire bubbles in play. There will be a brief review from the prior fire play class so if you did not attend that one, you won’t be behind.

Content Outline:

• Fire Safety: Essential safety measures and preparations before fire play.
• Product Safety: Discussion of what products and materials to use for fire bubbles and what NOT to use on your bottom.
• Demonstration: Techniques on how fire acts and reacts to the body specifically with bubbles.
• Body Language: Signs to look for during play and how to ensure safety.
• Aftercare Techniques: Discussing aftercare and negotiating it beforehand.
• Partner Practice: One-on-one instruction for safe practice with fire.
• Instructor Guidance: Instructor roams to offer real-time feedback.

$40 for registered members, $50 for non-members
