IncognitoSD presents Focus Fridays: Flogging Basics & Intermediate

Come join us for part 2 of our Focus Friday class series with host and co-owner, Mr. McCoy (IG @FlogFather_Fet). The topic of this class will be flogging and all skill levels are welcome to attend.

This is a focused class, open to Incognito SD members & non-members.

• Doors close at 7:15 for orientation before the class begins
• Mr. McCoy will instruct us in various elements of flogging with technical demonstrations.
• Light snacks and drinks provided.
• Floggers will be lent out during practice, but feel free to bring your own!

Materials: Participants are encouraged to bring drinks, snacks, personal floggers, a blanket, and any aftercare items they might need. Partners are not required.

CLASS SYLLABUS

Overview: This session delves deeper into flogging techniques, including both basic and intermediate skills. There will be some review from Impact 101 so if you did not attend that class, you will not be behind.

• Understanding Impact: “stingy” vs “thuddy”
• How to administer both techniques
• Endorphins and their effects
• Warm-up importance and techniques
• Flogging techniques and safety
• Florentine flogging
• Body Language: Signs to look for during play and how to ensure safety
• Aftercare negotiations and techniques
• Partner practice: hands-on portion of the class
• Real-time feedback

$40 for registered members, $50 for non-members
