Through a series of playful activities and exercises, you will learn how to:
- Shake off negative emotions (Kundalini shaking exercise)
- Develop a more intuitive touch as you learn to sense your own energy
- Deepen your connection as you develop your ability resonate with your partner’s energy
- Increase the energy by using breath, movement and sound
- Circulate the energy flow through your body as a path to achieve energy orgasm
All activities and exercises will be guided in a safe and nurturing environment.
You can do the entire workshop by yourself or with a partner or in groups.
Gender balance is not guaranteed and not necessary.
All activities and exercises will be always optional.

About Shekina:
Shekina Ray is an international Energy Healer and Tantra Teacher. She has been teaching various energy healing modalities such as Reiki, Access Consciousness and Tantra worldwide for the past 22 years. She has a unique ability to sense, move and amplify sexual energy and teach people how to do it. She teaches a variety of classes that assist people in discovering their passions, loving and accepting themselves, building their self-esteem and helping them to be comfortable and confident about their body and sexuality.
