This workshop explores how real-world consent functions before, during, and after a scene, as well as how to apply Wiley Wolfe's SMARTS acronym (Safety, Medical, Aftercare, Relationship Expectations, Turn Ons & Thresholds, Scene Goals) for a practical, actionable tool to negotiate with confidence. You'll leave ready to build scenes that are both satisfying and responsible.

• Common consent frameworks, their applications, and their limitations
• Different types of consent that you may will encounter in scenes and dynamics
• What affects consent in interpersonal dynamics and specific contexts
• What to do if your consent is violated or a boundary is crossed
• How consent looks during a scene
• Negotiation containers and tips to reduce pressure, manage awkward moments, and use negotiation as a sexy anticipation-builder instead of a mood-killer
• How to handle "micro-scene" negotiation like if you're asked to spank someone a few times real quick at a party
• A deep dive of the SMARTS negotiation acronym, the questions it can include, and how to use it

About the Instructor

Wiley Wolfe (they/them) is a kink educator, coach, and community organizer based in Toronto, Canada with 9+ years experience, and the founder of the Wolfe Academy of Desire online educational initiative and community. Their workshops have been sought after across the U.S. and Canada, including at Dark Odyssey, Kinkfest, and Westcoast Bound, with their online classes reaching kinksters worldwide.

They have worked as a Professional Dominant with hundreds of clients, coached kinksters and couples to help them reach their goals, organized 70+ community events, led support groups, created erotic immersive theatre productions, and more. They are currently pursuing a master’s-equivalent certification in sex coaching, and their personal relationships all center power exchange, queerness, polyamory, and risk-informed consent.

Kink is their authenticity practice. They delight in guiding both new and experienced players on their journeys, with a particular focus on self-exploration, deepening intention, and personal growth.

This class is offered live and online through Zoom. You may need to download the free, basic version of the Zoom app to join.

The class will be recorded with the recording available to ticketholders for 7 days. After that time, the recording will be available on Patreon for all tiers that have access to the archive. Recordings will not include any open group shares at the end of class.

The free guide accompanying this class will be supplied at the end of class and will be downloadable for ticketholders to keep. It is not interactive to the class.

What's your refund policy?

Refunds are issued up to 24 hours before the workshop. Missed workshops will not be refunded.

I'm not in Canada but I see your tickets are in CAD. Can I still buy them?

Yes! Anyone from any country can buy a ticket. If you're in a country with a stronger dollar (like US, UK, and Europe), these tickets actually will be cheaper for you with the exchange rate - even after any foreign transaction fees from your bank. Just buy as normal!

My card got declined. What happened?

To Troubleshoot:

• Make sure your billing info is correct
• Check if your bank sent you a "suspicious charge" message to approve (if it did, just approve it and try again)
• Turn off Apply Pay "Hide My Email" (this can sometimes cause rejections)
• Try an alternate payment method like PayPal
• Message if you're still having issues!
