Unlike your typical bar karaoke, where the crowd might be indifferent or even judgmental, here at Kinky Karaoke, the audience is your community. They're here to celebrate your talent, embrace your uniqueness, and cheer you on with boundless enthusiasm.

Belt out your favorite tunes! Kink up your song… sing naked, in fetish gear, cosplay… do it all here! Want a challenge? Get creative… magic wand karaoke, blow job karaoke… want to sing “Whip It” while getting whipped? Let's see if you can still hold a tune!

So whether you're hitting the high notes or trying out a daring performance, you can count on your fellow attendees to be right there with you, offering support, encouragement, and plenty of applause. This is your moment to shine, and we can't wait to see you take the stage and dazzle us with your talent!

Don’t feel like singing? That’s totally fine! Just enjoy the musical stylings of your friends! Hang out in the Red Room and socialize away from the music and sexual play. The Dungeon is located upstairs and focuses on impact play, bondage, and other kinks (no blood, breath, or fire play). The Cottage is open for couples and moresomes who want to play if one of those songs gets you steamy!

Tired of waiting to sing another song? Looking for another chance to get up on stage and showcase your versatile vocal chops! A few people will get the chance to step up to the stage, and instead of choosing your own jam, you'll get to spin the Karaoke Roulette Wheel!

Karaoke Roulette brings a whole new level of excitement to our Kinky Karaoke night!

Dress Code

What to wear? Whatever makes you feel sexy! Dress up for your singing debut or strip down! We’re happy you’re there no matter what you wear! There is a coat check (tips suggested).

Bar and Snacks

We do not sell nor serve alcohol. You are welcome to BYOB. Please drop off your bottles at the bar where a designated person will label and bottle-sit your bottles. When you want a drink, head back to your stored bottle, you must pour your own drinks (as per regulations), and return the bottle. Ice and a few mixers will be available, feel free to bring more. Kindly consume alcohol in a responsible manner and remember to bring your beverages with you when departing for the evening. In general we want to make sure that everyone is present and able to give consent - please stay in your body and be able to function at all times. We will supply a few snacks and highly encourage you to bring a snack to add to the snack table. After so much play we will want some snacks!

Venue

We regret to inform you that this venue space is not fully wheelchair-friendly. While the first floor and wheelchair-accessible restroom are accessible, there are stairs leading to other areas of the venue, which may pose a challenge for individuals with mobility impairments.

About Your Hosts

Beyond the Rainbow Events is a welcoming and enjoyable environment to socialize, play, connect, and explore. Our events are sex-positive and kink focused. All gender identities, sexual orientations, relationship styles, races, ethnicities, body shapes, roles, and experience levels are welcomed and celebrated in these spaces.

JessJess (she/her)

So Nice You Say it Twice!

She has been organizing and hosting a variety of events in the Bay Area for close to a decade. She has a strong belief in the power of connection, she thrives on fostering engagement, encouraging dialogue, and creating a welcoming inclusive atmosphere that brings people together. She runs Beyond the Rainbow Events! Beyond that role she is Bonobo Network’s Community Manager, one of the largest sex + communities rooted in real-world and virtual events where people learn together – and from one another. You can also find her as a regular host, house manager and board member at Mission Control hosting events such as Peek, Threshold, SnuggleSpells and Pink. These are just some of the communities JessJess works with, she is committed to creating spaces where everyone can feel valued, respected, and appreciated.

She went to a performing art school and one of her degrees is in music. She has a passion for music and being on stage - it’s a rush, she is a true exhibitionist! One might say she has a kink… a karaoke kink!

Quinn isn't just your average host; they are a master of orchestrating experiences that leave a lasting impact on everyone fortunate enough to attend. At Mission Control, Quinn's presence as a remarkable remarkable host, house manager and board member shines brightly, infusing events like Peek, Pink, and Threshold with boundless energy and infectious enthusiasm. Their tireless efforts have woven a tapestry of compassion, making our community stronger, brighter, and infinitely more vibrant.

Pre-Event Setup

Help set up the safe sex supplies, sheets, decorations, and bar for the party. More work than usual as we're rearranging the space a bit.

Charter

Explains the rules of the party. Asks guests if they have been to Beyond the Rainbow Events or Mission Control before. Everyone has read the charter out loud. This job requires someone familiar with play parties.

Bottle Check

Hang out behind the bar, keep track of people’s drinks by labeling them, offer cups, ice and mixers. Also keeps the party safe by suggesting to people to stop drinking when they are overly tipsy, and do not serve drunks.

Cleanup

Cleans up sheets, toys, empties trash, cleans up messes, takes down the bar, moves furniture back to the proper place. You get to enjoy the whole party, and it usually only takes 1/2-1 hour to take it all down!

Top Door:

Uses the computer to check in guests as they arrive. Collects money from people paying for their ticket at the door or purchasing a covid test. Must have some experience.

PALs are not required for this event! Traditionally we abide by the PAL system but we are opening this event up to individuals. Trying something new! We do recommend you bringing a friend with you though to hold you accountable in the space, especially if you are new. Make sure you are following our charter of agreements:

Safety

COVID: This event encourages you to be vaccinated. A negative result from a same-day rapid test. For at-home tests, please name and date the test result card, and take a photo of the card to present at time of entry. Please do not attend with any indication of having a fever, sore throat, or flu-like symptoms. A limited number of Covid Rapid tests will be available at the door.

INCIDENT REPORTING: We seek to create a space that is very safe and welcoming. Please reach out to a host ASAP if there are any consent violations, or anyone makes you feel uncomfortable. You can also fill out the incident report form

(*) By purchasing or obtaining a ticket, you are agreeing to Beyond the Rainbow Events Consent & Code of Conduct Guidelines and the venue’s guidelines.

You are also agreeing to Beyond the Rainbow Release of Liability, Expressed Assumption of Risk, Hold Harmless, Indemnification, and Medical Consent Waiver.

Refund policy

Refunds are available up to 48 hours before the event. If you are unable to attend and miss the refund deadline, you may request a credit toward a future Beyond the Rainbow Events event. Credit requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted by email to beyondtherainbowevents@gmail.com. No refunds or credits are guaranteed for requests made after the event has taken place.
