This progressive, 4-part Hatha yoga series is designed specifically to prepare your body for the structural and neurological demands of rope work. The 1hr class will include a guided stretch and slow yoga flow. Come learn how to open your body, regulate your nervous system, and move fluidly with your rigger. No yoga experience required—just a desire to build a safer, more sustainable practice.

What to bring This is a normal yoga class in a kink-friendly space. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring your mat and 1-2 blocks. (There will be a limited number to borrow at the studio if you do not have your own.)
About your instructor: Andrea (she/her) is a certified RYT-200 yoga instructor with 8 years of professional teaching experience, specializing in traditional Hatha yoga, dynamic Yoga Trapeze, and Somatics. With a background spanning a decade in movement arts and as a movement educator and performer—Andrea has an intimate understanding of functional anatomy, somatics, and nerve safety. She brings a graceful balance of technical knowledge, rich experience, and vibrant, welcoming energy to all her classes.
