WORKSHOP INFO:

This workshop will cover the tangible differences between polyamory as an orientation and as a lifestyle choice and delve into how this binary ‘and/or’ distinction doesn’t speak to the complexity of relationship styles and structures. We will also share some vocabulary and resources that might help with communicating relationship preferences, including boundaries and agreements.

By the end of this workshop you will understand more about the different ways in which people engage with and experience polyamory. You will know how to describe your relationship orientation or lifestyle to others, and how to use new vocabulary and tools to build relationship agreements that are authentic to you and your partners.

ABOUT RICHARD AND SIOBHAN: 

Rich and Siobhan are the hosts of The Poly (Pod)Cast and in a polyamorous relationship. Rich is polyamorous by orientation and Siobhan is polyamorous by lifestyle. On their podcast, they interview leading experts and CNM folks about their relationships, research and experiences to contribute to the growing conversation around non-monogamy. Siobhan is a journalist and writer, originally from Sydney, Australia. Richard, born in the UK, is a professional photographer and works in the travel industry. They live together in London.
