Sound Bath Meditation and Gratitude Journaling for Queer Folx, Gender Non-conforming Individuals, and Friends

Join us for a morning of relaxation and reflection at our monthly QWSS offering, a free Sound Bath & Gratitude Journaling community event held every second Saturday. Through the sound journey, journaling, and community we will align with our highest, most empowered self while harmonizing the physical and energetic body as well as the mind.

This month's offering lands on the potent Lion's Gate Portal at the peak of an energetic gateway bringing powerful opportunities for spiritual growth, manifestation, and connection with higher realms. What's more is that it is a Triple 8 Gateway. So with that in mind and heart, our theme for the month is Cosmic Alignment, harnessing the energy of the portal and setting the stage for profound realization and transformation. The sound bath and journal prompts will be tailored to support you in awakening the soul, releasing what no longer serves you, and steping into your highest, most authentic self with courage, abundance, and grace. Let's go!

What to Expect

Come early to enjoy some light snacks and to relax and set up your space before we begin. We will open with an introduction, followed by a guided sound bath featuring a variety of instruments, including crystal bowls, drums, and chimes. After the sound bath, we will transition into a gratitude journaling session. Prompts will be provided to help with reflection and integration, encouraging mindfulness and self-awareness. We will close with a sharing circle (sharing is optional) where space is held for collective and personal empowerment and connection.

What to Bring

• A yoga mat and/or blanket for comfort
• Layers (it can be a little chilly in the morning)
• Sunglasses/hat
• Water
• A journal/notebook
• A pen/pencil
• Any personal items that help you feel grounded or that you'd like to be charged

Who Should Attend

This event is perfect for anyone looking to unwind, connect with their inner self and queer community, and cultivate gratitude in their lives. Whether you are new to sound healing or an experienced practitioner, all are welcome to join.
