Non-Monogamy Discussion Vancouver - Oct 2026

Welcome to the Non-Monogamy Discussion Group Vancouver! We will be meeting the THIRD Monday of the month at Cross and Crows Books . Bring your ideas, questions and opinions!

October Topic: Transitions and Endings

Relationships change and sometimes they grow into something different than we expected or they come to an end. How does that look when you are not on a traditional relationship escalator? This month we're talking about transitions and endings in non-monogamy.

Breakups can get complicated when you are in multiple relationships with metamour connections or in a shared community. There's a lot to navigate.

Some things we may talk about:

  • How do you figure out what comes next when a relationship doesn't look the way you expected?
  • How do you navigate breakups when you have multiple partners?
  • How do you navigate changes in relationship structure or expectations?
  • How to set yourself up for a good break up?

Whether you're navigating an ending right now or are thinking about how to approach transitions in the future this is a space to share experiences, ask questions and learn from each other.
