In this class, we’ll cover how to learn protocols, aimed at the right side of the slash. We’ll cover protocol reminder systems that work, including staying aware of them moment to moment, techniques and exercises to stay mindful and set yourself up for success, how to adapt to situational changes, how to maintain protocol while managing feelings of awkwardness, negativity, or fatigue, and effective slave position practice. We’ll wrap up with a brief Q+A session.
