Pleasure Playground Cabo is a five day Rope and Energy Playcation for adults who are ready to slow down, reconnect, and remember how good life can feel. Over five unforgettable days we’ll explore rope, Qigong, fire, playful energy practices, breathtaking suspension scenes beneath the stars, rooftop dance parties, ocean adventures, and plenty of space to rest, laugh, and simply enjoy paradise.

This isn’t a training, and it isn’t one of those retreats where you’re expected to work on yourself from sunrise to sunset. It’s a vacation with heart, a playground for adults, and an invitation to return home lighter, more connected, and more alive than when you arrived.

Why We Created Pleasure Playground

For most of my life, I believed I had to earn my right to rest. There was always another goal, another event to teach, someone else to take care of, and the quiet promise that if I just pushed a little harder, someday I’d finally deserve to slow down. Then my body made the decision for me. After nearly losing my life from pushing beyond every limit, I realized I had been postponing the very life I was working so hard to create.

That experience changed everything. I stopped rushing past sunsets. I laugh more, breathe more deeply, and savor the people I love. I’m learning to appreciate the simple miracle that I’m alive and breathing in this moment. Now I’m dedicating the rest of my life to helping others discover that joy, pleasure, rest, and play don’t have to be earned. Some of the biggest transformations in my life didn’t come from working harder. They came from giving myself permission to truly enjoy the life I already had.

That’s where Pleasure Playground Cabo was born.

A Day in the Playground

Imagine waking up just five minutes from the sparkling Sea of Cortez. Enjoy coffee by the heated saltwater pool before exploring playful, juicy energy practices that awaken your senses, deepen your presence, and remind your body just how alive it was designed to feel.

Spend your days learning rope with Sir Pocketz, exploring interactive energy practices with Lawrence Lanoff, Peter Petersen, and Monique Darling, moving through Qigong, experiencing fire, relaxing in the hot tub, or joining us for an unforgettable boat excursion to one of Cabo’s most beautiful beaches.

As the sun sets, the playground comes alive. The rooftop becomes a dance floor. Rope jams stretch into the evening. Suspension scenes unfold beneath the stars. Temple nights invite connection, play, and possibility, followed by the kind of conversations you’ll still remember months later.

If enough participants are interested, we’ll also offer an optional clothing optional yacht adventure.

We’ve intentionally left spaciousness throughout the week because some of the most meaningful moments happen between the planned experiences. Swim in the ocean. Wander into town with new friends. Enjoy a nap by the pool. Watch the sunset. Or simply do absolutely nothing for a while.

Meet Your Guides

Monique Darling is an internationally renowned workshop leader who has facilitated more than 20,000 workshops, retreats, and transformational experiences around the world. She is known for creating playful, heart centered spaces where people reconnect with pleasure, authentic expression, meaningful connection, and the freedom to fully be themselves.

Peter Petersen has guided Qigong, movement, meditation, and embodied energy practices for more than 20 years. His warm, playful teaching style helps people awaken their energetic awareness, deepen their presence, and discover new ways of connecting with themselves and others.

Lawrence Lanoff is a pioneer in conscious energy work who has spent decades helping people cut through the beliefs and conditioning that keep them small. With humor, wisdom, and a profound understanding of the energetic body, he helps people awaken to the pleasure, aliveness, and freedom that have been within them all along.

Sir Pocketz is an internationally respected rope, fire, and kink educator known for blending creativity, technical excellence, adventure, and wholehearted consent into unforgettable experiences.

Where You’ll Stay

You’ll stay in beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom condominiums just a five minute walk from the beach. Choose either a shared queen bed or a shared room with two twin beds. Every condo includes a full kitchen, washer, and dryer.

The condos are just a short walk from our main gathering space, where we’ll come together each day for workshops, community, and many of our unforgettable experiences.

The property also features:
