Pony Tack Craft Night

I'm hoping to schedule this on an ongoing basis, hopefully 2nd Sundays, during the winter months. Would this be possible? Happy to talk about other potential days if 2nd Sundays wouldn't work. For some events, I'd like to offer attendees the option of buying supplies (just to reimburse me, or the person providing instruction if not me, for the cost of supplies). This would be optional, rather than an entry fee- does that feel appropriate? I'd be asking attendees to donate to KinkCenter as well.
