Power Vinyasa is a dynamic, breath-centered yoga practice that combines fluid movement with intentional strength-building. This all-levels class is designed to leave you feeling energized, grounded, and deeply connected to your body.

Expect a creative sequence that will elevate your heart rate, challenge your balance, improve mobility, and cultivate resilience—both on and off the mat. While the class is invigorating, you'll always be encouraged to honor your own pace and choose the variations that feel right for your body.

Whether you're brand new to Power Yoga or have an established practice, you'll leave feeling stronger, clearer, and more empowered than when you arrived.

What to expect:

  • A dynamic, full-body Vinyasa flow
  • Breath-led movement and mindful transitions
  • Opportunities to build strength, balance, and flexibility
  • An encouraging, welcoming environment for all levels
  • Optional hands-on assists for those who opt in

Please bring:

  • Yoga mat
  • Water bottle
  • Small towel (if you tend to sweat)
