Punishment Workout is a high-intensity, dungeon-inspired fitness class for intermediate to advanced participants who want to be pushed physically and mentally in a consensual, playful, and challenging environment.

This workout event will take place in Inner Sanctum. Coffee, water, and snacks will be provided. Participants are welcome to invite a plus one for the optional play time in Inner Sanctum after the workout. Showers are possible! Couples are welcome!

Led by a certified fitness coach alongside a professional kink facilitator, this experience combines high-intensity cardio, strength training, core challenges, endurance drills, and optional BDSM-inspired motivational dynamics.

This is not a sexual event. It is a fitness-focused experience centered on discipline, resilience, catharsis, and earning your sweat.

Melanie (Certified Fitness Coach) — leading physical training and exercise programming

Mistress Jezebel — facilitating optional topping and motivational BDSM dynamics

Participants interested in incorporating BDSM-inspired elements such as verbal correction, punishment drills, humiliation, or impact play should contact Mistress Jezebel (kinkaware@gmail.com) at least 48 hours before the event to negotiate interests, boundaries, limitations, and safe words.

What to Bring

Participants are expected to bring:

  • Workout mat

Participants are encouraged to bring:

  • Free weights
  • Resistance bands
  • Hand wraps or gloves for heavy bag work
  • Water and towel
  • Change of clothes
  • Snacks to share

Dress Code

This is not a clothing-optional event. Minimum clothing requirement is underwear. Athletic wear, fetish wear, pup gear, harnesses, and expressive workout attire are welcome provided participants can move and exercise safely.

Health & Safety

This class is physically demanding. Participants should:

  • Be in good physical condition
  • Have no injuries or medical conditions incompatible with intense exercise
  • Understand and communicate their limits clearly
  • Stay hydrated and pace themselves responsibly
  • Anyone appearing intoxicated or unsafe for this workout will be denied participation.
