Q&A for Women | How to Break The Anxious–Avoidant Dynamic

Submit your stories/scenarios , 6 will be answered live on the call. You'll learn what mistake to avoid, what to look for & create polarity.

This Q&A isn’t about labels. It’s about understanding the relationship dynamic itself.

We’ll briefly explore the three insecure attachment styles, but more importantly, we’ll look beyond the labels and into what actually happens between two people: how connection starts to feel unsteady, how closeness and distance begin to alternate, and how both partners unknowingly reinforce the pattern.

Bring your real questions and situations, and together we’ll explore what’s happening underneath. We’ll talk about how relationship pressure gets created, how insecurity and people-pleasing show up, how withholding impacts the nervous system and behavior, why we stay in push-pull dynamics long after they stop feeling good, and what it takes to finally break the cycle.

Here's how it works:

When you sign up, share your question or situation about first dates and early dating: the dynamics, what you're struggling with, what keeps happening.

From all submissions, Maya will select 6-8 real-life scenarios to answer live during the Q&A.

You'll leave with real insight and strategy.

REPLAY for this call will not be available, so plan to show up live.

P.S. This Q&A is exclusively for women. Men will not be admitted to the Zoom room.
