Amado will be doing an SF POP-UP of our QTBIPOC Rope Drop-in Class!
This is an educational trauma informed rope space for community who are queer/trans and Black, Indigenous, and other People of Color (BIPOC). We recognize that rope is indigenous to many cultures and people of the global majority have uniquely been impacted by the histories of how rope has been used on our bodies. As such, we request that allies do not attend this event.
This space is for all levels including total beginners! Loaner rope will be available. Bring a yoga mat to do floor work on.
Class can be done solo or with a partner. Each ticket sold is per person.
Class Topics: First half of class will focus on technical skills and second half of class will be a theory and philosophy discussion
DECEMBER CLASS TOPIC: Intro to Self Tying
