Do you feel rage?
Do you feel grief?
Your grief matters.
Your rage matters.
This is a ceremony in which we have permission to express, release, transmute those raw feelings that are an intelligent response to events in life, whether happening to you or others.
Join this container where you can let those emotions move through your body. Let them be your messenger of truth. Harness them for deliberate and constructive action.
The rage and grief release is curated for us to journey into the full range of human emotion using ritual, music, movement, meditation and embodiment exercises.
