About the Class:

A lot of us seem to think we know what sex is -- but are we right? Are there, perhaps, parts of this concept that we initially miss? If the first thing that came to mind was PIV/penetration, then this class is for you! Join Sex Coach & Educator, Adelina Adler, as we expand our understanding of sex and open up to a world of potential.

For something that many of us engage with, sex is something that is often relegated to the realm of the medical or reproductive. In the US, Comprehensive Sex Education is still not widely taught. Thus, the understanding that many of us are exposed to throughout our lifetime is an incredibly linear, narrow, not to mention incomplete interpretation.

When we engage in sexual relationships, we tend to automatically expect that everyone's on the same page, but the fact of the matter is, many times we aren't, so learning how to have these conversations from an informed place is invaluable. Moreover, when we broaden our understanding of what sex is, we also can imagine what it could be for us, paving the way to introduce more pleasure into our intimate lives.
