Sensual Rope Play

Join @RevRucifer for an evening of sensual rope play. This workshop goes beyond the basic structure of a tie and into what makes a scene feel like something more than just ropes: the sensation, connection and emotion.

Anyone can learn where the rope goes. This class is about what the rope does. We’ll explore how pacing, touch and presence add feeling and depth to your ties and how to shape the emotional narrative of a scene from the first wrap to the last untie. We’ll consider the pull of the rope across the skin, the weight of the pressure, and the pause before the next pass. Every choice becomes a part of the story you’re exploring together.

This is about the space between the knots and slowing down so you can attune and listen to the energy of the space. After the workshop, we’ll have open time to jam and practice everything we’ve explored.

Prerequisites: This is an intermediate class. You should feel comfortable with a single column tie, a double column tie and basic rope handling and safety awareness.

If you are not tying or are there to observe, you do not need to meet prerequisites.

Doors open at 6:50 pm and close at 7:30 pm, so please be on time!

• Refunds will not be issued to those who cannot join us due to tardiness.
• You are welcome to arrive early and hang outside the Studio until doors open.
