Deciding to remove a member of the local community is never easy, but it is sometimes necessary. That being said, must every ban be permanent?
In this talk, Myles (they/them) will elaborate on the pieces that must be in place to consider reinstating a member of the community who has been previously removed.
Paving a path to repair while also protecting the overall health of the community can be tricky, but helps ensure the group's long-term viability and well-being.

Myles Sandoval-Youngblood (they/them) is the founder and co-facilitator of Albuquerque Polyamory/ENM, a queer-centered non-profit community focused on connection and education, in which New Mexicans from diverse backgrounds can interact based on the common thread of ethical non-monogamy. They live in Albuquerque, New Mexico with their spouse and two cats and enjoy a variety of outdoor activities in their spare time."
