Soft light, comfortable posing, and genuine emotion can transform a photo from simply beautiful into something intimate, personal, and deeply expressive.
This month’s Snap Jam revisits foundational boudoir photography techniques through a cozy, comfort-centered lens. We’ll begin with a brief refresher on consent, comfort language, agency, and collaborative communication before moving into guided demonstrations and hands-on practice focused on creating warm, dreamy imagery. Together we’ll explore how to use natural window light, soft posing, fabric, posture, and emotional prompting to shape photos that feel authentic and inviting. We’ll revisit foundational poses including sheet wraps, seated edge poses, and over-the-shoulder looks while building on lighting concepts introduced in our May session.
This workshop is designed to help participants feel more relaxed, connected, and confident both in front of and behind the camera. Whether you are new to boudoir photography or looking to deepen your understanding of mood and storytelling, this class offers approachable techniques you can immediately put into practice. Participants are encouraged to bring a sheet, cozy outfits, and plenty of imagination. It’s time for comfycore boudoir.
Doors open at 6:30 PM. No entry after 8:30PM.
