Join the New Women Space community for a deeply immersive Autumn Equinox Sound Bath designed to help you slow down, settle your nervous system, and make way for the season ahead.

Our sound bath guide, Caitlin (@CTLN), will be leading us into a restful sound journey featuring singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and other resonant instruments. Allow the vibrations to wash over you as you let go of accumulated stress, reconnect with yourself, and simply be.

No experience with meditation or sound baths is necessary. Come exactly as you are. You’ll spend most of the experience lying comfortably or resting while the sounds create a supportive space for relaxation and introspection.

Bring: A yoga mat or comfortable surface to lie on, a blanket, pillow, water, and anything else that helps you feel cozy.

Before and after the sound bath, Simi will be offering mini-readings tailored to whatever is on your mind. Drawing from a broad collection of tarot and oracle decks, each reading is a small portal-part reflection, part divination, part conversation, and something to carry with you long after the cards are put away.

CTLN ("Caitlin") is a multi-faceted artist and burn survivor based in LA but originally from Mendham, NJ. Burned by hot water at just eight months old, CTLN has this intrinsic fire and confidence that's always lived inside her and fuels her passion for real systemic change through art.
