A monthly impact workshop presented by Praxium and NyxieNoc & Rain DeGrey- in San Francisco!
Impact can be more than a moment. It can be a story you build, stretch, and savor.
Join Nyx and special guest @RainDeGrey for a rare, in-person collaboration exploring how ritual, pacing, and tension shape an unforgettable impact scene—from the first glance to the final aftercare. This class dives into the full arc of play: the rituals that build anticipation, the rhythms that carry you through impact, and the intentional choices that guide the landing afterward. Whether subtle or elaborate, ritual creates meaning. It gives structure to power, texture to sensation, and depth to connection.
You’ll explore how to:
- Build tension before a single strike lands
- Use rhythm, voice, and presence to sustain and shift intensity
- Integrate ritual into impact itself for both escalation and release
- Close scenes in ways that feel grounded, satisfying, and complete
From simple dynamics like a structured reprimand, to more immersive archetypes and scenarios, you’ll see how small, intentional choices can transform impact into something cohesive and deeply felt. Expect demonstration, discussion, and the rare opportunity to witness two seasoned presenters weaving their approaches together in real time.
Doors open at 6:30 PM. No entry after 8:30PM.
