T-Group Weekend Immersion

T-Group Weekend Immersion | June 26–28

A Deep Authentic Relating Experience

What becomes possible when a group of people gathers with the intention to be real with each other?

If you’ve been craving deeper, more honest connection with people who are willing to meet you there, this weekend immersion may be for you.

Together we’ll create a space where authenticity, embodied communication, and real connection are practiced in real time.

About the Experience

Over the course of the weekend we’ll explore relational practice together, with T-Group at the heart of the experience.

T-Group is a potent practice for discovering how we show up in relationship in real time — noticing our habits, experimenting with new ways of communicating, and learning through direct experience with others.

It’s essentially a live laboratory for understanding ourselves in relationship, and one of the most powerful ways we know to deepen self-awareness through connection with others.

Throughout the weekend we’ll also weave in authentic relating practices and relational exercises designed to help you meet your edges with curiosity and support. The intention is not to perform or get it “right,” but to explore, experiment, and grow in connection with yourself and others.

What You Can Expect

A weekend of depth, play, reflection, honesty, and discovery.

Many people leave this practice with:

  • Greater self-awareness
  • Clearer communication tools
  • More confidence being seen authentically
  • Feeling more connected to yourself and others
  • A renewed sense of what’s possible in relationship and community

This will be an intimate container where we practice together with care, curiosity, and courage.

Throughout the weekend we’ll explore:

  • Boulder-style T-Group
  • Circling & authentic relating practices
  • Real-time feedback and relational awareness
  • Experiments in honesty, curiosity, and connection

This is a practice space intended to support growth, self-awareness, skillfulness, and greater levels of safety in being authentic in relationship.

Who This Is For

People who value deeper relational practice and want a container where we can learn about ourselves through connection with others.

Prior AR / circling / T-group experience is appreciated but not required.

This work may especially resonate if you:

  • avoid conflict or struggle to speak hard truths
  • shut down or get defensive in intimacy
  • over-accommodate while abandoning yourself
  • fear rejection or “being too much”
  • struggle with honest communication in real time
  • feel lonely even while surrounded by community
  • crave deeper relational mastery and authentic connection
