Tantra Talk: An Introduction to Sex & Spirituality (Online Edition)

What happens when sexuality becomes more than performance, pressure, or routine — and instead becomes a pathway to presence, connection, healing, and pleasure?

This welcoming, beginner-friendly presentation explores the intersection of sexuality, mindfulness, ritual, and embodied spirituality through a modern, accessible lens. Together we’ll unpack common myths about tantra, explore its historical and cultural roots, and discuss how mindful intimacy practices can deepen connection with yourself, your partners, and your body.

**Topics may include:**

- The history and evolution of sacred sexuality practices

- Tantra beyond stereotypes and pop culture

- Mindfulness, presence, and embodied pleasure

- The mind-body connection and nervous system engagement

- Ritual, meaning, and the psychology of intention

Whether you’re deeply spiritual, totally skeptical of “woo,” or simply curious about bringing more intention into your intimate life, this class offers practical perspectives and approachable ideas you can explore in everyday life — both in and out of the bedroom.
