Spice up your connection with fun tips and tricks to boost intimacy and bring you closer than ever.

The Art of Arousal

An Intimacy & Education Workshop for Couples

The Art of Arousal is an intimate, educational workshop for couples exploring the connection between the body, nervous system, communication, and pleasure.

Blending anatomy and physiology education with somatic practices, guided discussion, breath, movement, and optional experiential exercises, we’ll explore how arousal works and what can support greater relaxation, body awareness, confidence, communication, and connection.

Together, we’ll explore:

  • Female anatomy and the physiology of arousal
  • The nervous system and its role in pleasure
  • The relationship between breath, movement, hydration, and arousal
  • Communication, boundaries, and asking for what you want
  • Building greater awareness of your own body and your partner’s experience
  • Practical approaches to exploring pleasure and intimacy together
  • Common questions, misconceptions, and shame surrounding sexuality

The workshop combines education, conversation, demonstration, and optional embodiment practices in a warm, inclusive, consent-centered environment. You are always in charge of your own participation—there is never pressure to participate in an activity that doesn't feel right for you.

Who Is This For?

This workshop is designed for couples who want to deepen their understanding of intimacy, pleasure, and connection.

It's especially suited for couples who want to:

  • Feel more comfortable talking about intimacy
  • Better understand arousal and the body's responses
  • Develop stronger communication around desires and boundaries
  • Explore new ways of connecting with one another
  • Build confidence and body awareness
  • Replace shame or uncertainty with curiosity and education

No previous experience is necessary. Come curious, open-minded, and ready to learn together.

What to Bring

Please bring:

  • Water — staying hydrated is encouraged
  • Comfortable clothing you can move in
  • A yoga mat, if you have one
  • Personal snacks, if desired
  • Any personal hygiene products you prefer
  • If you have allergies or sensitivities, feel free to bring products you know work well for you

Uberlube will be provided. If you have a product allergy or preference, you're welcome to bring your own.

Towels are provided. Bathroom and shower facilities are also accessible.

A Note on Consent

This is a consent-centered educational experience. Participation in any experiential activity is completely optional. You are encouraged to communicate your boundaries, check in with your partner, and participate only in ways that feel comfortable for you.

Come ready to learn, connect, ask questions, and get curious about the art—and science—of arousal.
