This beginner-friendly experience blends the grounding principles of yoga with the meditative qualities of rope, creating a space for nervous system regulation, mindfulness, sensual embodiment and authentic human connection.

Special Guest Facilitator Goddess Shakti
Goddess Shakti discovered yoga following an early experience with gymnastics and has dedicated her life to exploring movement, healing arts, and embodied spirituality.
After completing two 200-hour Yoga Teacher Trainings in Portland, Oregon, she continued her studies in ancient Vedic traditions and became certified in Homa Therapy through a 45-hour Agnihotra Fire Ritual training in 2018.
Her teaching integrates yoga, breath, ritual, movement, and embodiment practices that empower participants to cultivate deeper intimacy, self-awareness, and connection.

James harnesses the captivating art of Shibari, a form of Japanese rope bondage, to foster deep connections within the community. His teachings emphasize the meditative aspect of Shibari, allowing individuals to explore their inner selves while strengthening their mindset. James views Shibari as more than just an art form – it’s a tool for personal growth and community building.
